"Montagengineering" JSC is a construction & erection company with a long experience, traditions and a rich history. The predecessor of "Montagengineering" JSC was established in 1946 as a specialized unit to the "Ministry of Construction" for erection, assembly and installation of power and industrial projects in Republic of Bulgaria. Through several ministries and foreign trade organizations, in 1972 the company began carrying out projects abroad. In 1981, the unit was registered at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and acquired legal rights to independently operate abroad as a foreign trade company. Because of the changes in the Bulgarian regulations, in 1991 the company was transformed into a joint-stock venture, entirely owned by the State. After the privatization processes the company was split into a few independent enterprises.

Currently, "Montagengineering" JSC is an private-owned joint-stock company, located in the city of Stara Zagora, which deals with various construction and erection projects; steel structures fabrication, tanks, silos, ESPs, etc.; installation of Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning systems (HVAC), all kinds of pipe and ductwork, installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, electrical installations, lifting devices and other industrial projects. "Montagengineering" JSC has established a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 3834 for comprehensive welding requirements, DIN 18880-7 for steel structures fabrication, and our welders are certified according to EN 287-1. In 2008 an occupational health and safety management system according to OHSAS 18001:2007 was adopted.
